Emerald's Print Shop runs two 3D printers in Brookland: an Anycubic Kobra 3 and an Anycubic Kobra S1. People bring broken clips, a prototype that needs one more revision, or an idea that is easier to hold than to describe. Small-batch plastic parts are printed here, not sent to a warehouse in another state.
An STL is the fastest start. If you do not have a file, bring the broken part or a sketch and we will tell you whether it can be modeled and printed on these machines. This is not a store shelf of trinkets. It is shop work: a replacement knob, a jig, a custom piece that has to fit something you already own.
Turnaround depends on the size of the part and what else is on the printers. Ask, and you get a date instead of a guess. The same visit can cover a decal or a hat if the job needs more than plastic.
The printers are at 11131 Highway 49 N, next to The Reefer Garden. Jonesboro is a short drive south on Highway 49. Look for the PRINT SHOP sign. Walk in Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, or start the quote online.
