Emerald's Print Shop stitches hats, polos, shirts, jackets, and bags on a ZSK Racer 4S in Brookland. Digitizing is done on this floor, so the stitch file is built for that garment instead of a generic clip-art sew-out. Small runs are welcome. A single hat and a team set of polos go on the same machine.
Most of the caps we hoop are Richardson 112 and 112PFP, plus the camo patterns from Pacific Headwear that people around here ask for by name. Hat patches are an option when a patch sits better on the crown than a direct stitch. Jackets, bags, and collared shirts are everyday work too.
Bring a logo file, a photo of a logo, or a sketch. We vectorize and digitize here, then you see a proof before thread hits the hoop. If you already own the garments, quote the stitch only. If you need the blanks as well, build the apparel quote, pick the color and size, and add embroidery. We confirm the number before anything is ordered.
The shop is on Highway 49 in Brookland, a short drive from Jonesboro, next to The Reefer Garden. Look for the PRINT SHOP sign. Walk-ins are welcome.
