Stickers and decals are cut from vinyl at Emerald's Print Shop in Brookland. Die-cut, kiss-cut, and sheet runs cover a dozen pieces for a pop-up or a few hundred for a brand. Indoor and outdoor films are both on the floor, including standard laminated vinyl and a longer-lasting cast film when the decal has to live on a vehicle.
Car decals, tool-box marks, and small contour-cut logos use the same quote door as banners. Enter the width and height in inches and the quantity. Small stickers have a $50 material minimum, and the form tells you the quantity that reaches it before you add the line.
Printed license plates are $25 each. They use the same laminated vinyl build as the yard signs: print, laminate, then apply. They are a flat price, ink included.
Bring a vector file if you have one. If you only have a PNG or a photo of the logo, vectorizing is part of the shop. You see the cut path before vinyl hits the plotter. The shop is next to The Reefer Garden on Highway 49. Look for the PRINT SHOP sign.
